How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Does LuxSugar have a retail location?
Not yet, but we are working on it :-) till then you can order our desserts online for delivery (within the Tri-State area ) and shipping (within the Continental US) or pick-up our items daily from Boulevard Cafe in Williamsburg Brooklyn or weekly when we participate at the many markets located in New York... check our blog for when we will be at the fleas.

What is your refund policy?
All orders are nonrefundable, unless through our error we fail to deliver.
Shipped cupcakes- All cupcakes are shipped overnight, please ensure that there is someone home to receive the delivery.
Delivered cupcakes- We will make one delivery attempt, if someone is not home to receive the delivery we will leave the cupcakes with a doorman or neighbor if applicable.
Do all your products have nuts in it?
No, we are able to make everything on our menu without nuts and while we make every effort to be careful we can't guarantee that any one product has not had contact with a nut product.
